The concept of exchanging houses isn’t new; it was born in the 1950’s based on conviviality and trust, simplicity and a cheaper way to travel.

The concept is simple « You are staying at my house, while I am at yours ».

The exchange is based on mutual trust. Don’t forget that your concerns are the same as those your exchange partner has.

For your insurer, your partners are considered as guests, a simple letter is enough to cover you.

We have different contracts available to our members for both home and car, so as to define the actual terms of the future exchange.

In general, the exchange is simultaneous, but a number of members include their holiday home or secondary home, thus, the exchange isn’t necessarily simultaneous.
