ExchangeOurHouses.com is over all a community, a large « family ».
We do take all precautions so as to avoid finding ourselves involved in bad surprises:

• Our quality chart has to be accepted before being able to post a notice.
• All the offers are confirmed by our administrator so that we are sure of the quality and seriousness of our community.
• We also allow you to assess your partner at the end of the exchange process. This evaluation is visible to you in each member’s profile page.

Trust Agreement

I certify :

• That the information I have put in my profile, as well as the housing description and family description is true.
• That the house put up for exchange is in a good state and will be clean upon guests’ arrival.
• That I guarantee the exchange dates and will warn enough time in advance in case anything changes.
• That I will respect the house and its commodities as if they were my own.
• That I will immediately declare myself responsible for anything that could happen during your stay.
• That upon departure, I will leave the house clean and in a good state.
• Any breach of these obvious points could result in you being banned permanently from our community.
